Website policy

Terms of Use

Effective July 21, 2026. These terms govern access to the public website, provider and clinic account areas, educational content, and related online services made available by ISO Metrik Solutions, Inc.

Acceptance and accounts

Using the site responsibly.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, a user agrees to these Terms of Use and the posted Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. A person who does not agree should not use the website or account areas.

Eligibility and authority

Users must be legally able to agree to these terms and, when acting for a clinic or organization, must have authority to provide the submitted information and use the account on that organization’s behalf.

Accurate information

Users must provide current, accurate, and complete information; update material changes; and avoid impersonation, false credentials, misleading clinic information, or unauthorized submissions about another person or organization.

Account security

Users are responsible for safeguarding account access, using the authorized sign-in process, promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, and signing out of shared devices. Passwords or authentication secrets should not be sent to ISO Metrik by email.

Account review and access

ISO Metrik may review, approve, decline, suspend, restrict, or close an account when information cannot be verified, requirements are not met, misuse is suspected, the service changes, or continued access creates legal, security, clinical, or operational risk.

Permitted and prohibited use

Protect the service, users, and intellectual property.

Permitted use

The website may be used for lawful informational, account, registration, training, support, partnership, recruiting, and other purposes made available by ISO Metrik, subject to role, authorization, and applicable requirements.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information improperly, bypass controls, misuse another account, submit unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with others, or use the site to violate privacy, intellectual-property, professional, or other rights.

No unauthorized clinical or regulatory claims

Users may not use ISO Metrik names, materials, training status, or network participation to imply unauthorized disease claims, FDA clearance or approval, guaranteed outcomes, guaranteed reimbursement, guaranteed referrals, or professional qualifications they do not possess.

No emergency or patient-record channel

The public website, general email, recruiting channel, and ordinary support functions are not emergency services and are not approved channels for submitting complete medical records or unnecessary protected health information.

Clinical, regulatory, and payment boundaries

Website information does not replace professional responsibility.

Not medical advice

Content is general educational and business information. It does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and is not a diagnosis, prescription, individualized plan, emergency instruction, or substitute for evaluation by qualified professionals.

Provider responsibility

Qualified providers remain responsible for scope and competence, patient selection, examination, diagnosis, consent, medical and dental coordination, fit, sanitation, treatment parameters, monitoring, documentation, home-use decisions, referrals, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Regulatory status

Product availability, intended use, labeling, and lawful claims depend on jurisdiction and regulatory status. No user may describe ISO Metrik as FDA cleared, approved, certified, or authorized unless the specific statement is accurate and authorized for that use.

Evidence and outcomes

Related rehabilitation science and facial-exercise literature do not establish device-specific safety or effectiveness. Individual response varies, and no clinical, functional, cosmetic, timing, or durability result is guaranteed.

Insurance and coding

Coverage, coding, authorization, medical necessity, payment, and patient responsibility are determined by payers, plans, contracts, services, documentation, and law. The website does not provide a binding coding or reimbursement determination.

Ownership and submissions

Rights in the website and materials.

ISO Metrik intellectual property

The website, brand names, trademarks, trade dress, original text, graphics, training materials, product information, software, workflows, and device-related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ISO Metrik unless otherwise stated.

Limited permission

Users receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access the website for its intended lawful purpose. No ownership right is transferred, and materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, reverse engineered, or used to create competing materials except as expressly authorized.

User submissions

A user retains rights the user already owns in submitted material but grants ISO Metrik permission to host, process, reproduce, and use the material as reasonably necessary to operate the requested function, maintain records, protect the service, and comply with law.

Feedback

General suggestions or feedback may be used by ISO Metrik without restriction or compensation unless an authorized written agreement states otherwise. Users should not submit another person’s confidential or proprietary information as feedback.

Disclaimers and legal terms

Additional conditions of use.

Third-party services

The website may link to identity providers, research articles, agencies, clinics, maps, email services, or other third parties. ISO Metrik does not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices and does not endorse them merely by linking.

Service availability

The website and account functions may change, be interrupted, contain errors, or be unavailable. ISO Metrik may modify or discontinue features, correct content, and perform maintenance without guaranteeing continuous access.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, or a specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISO Metrik and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from website use. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to be responsible for claims and losses arising from the user’s unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms, unauthorized submissions, infringement of another person’s rights, or false professional, clinical, regulatory, or business representations.

Governing law and venue

Except where another law must apply, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Georgia. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and severability

ISO Metrik may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
