Website policy
Effective July 21, 2026. This policy explains the information handled through the public website, provider and clinic account areas, employment inquiries, and communications with ISO Metrik Solutions, Inc.
Scope and collection
This policy applies to information collected through this website and related account, registration, support, recruiting, and contact functions controlled by ISO Metrik. It does not govern an independent clinic’s medical record, a third-party website, or another organization’s privacy practices.
Information may include name, email, telephone number, organization, professional role, license or credential information, clinic profile, location, account status, support messages, employment-application responses, résumé or curriculum vitae, optional professional photo, professional links, and other information you choose to submit.
The site may receive a stable account identifier and basic identity information needed to sign a user in and associate the user with a provider or clinic profile. Authentication credentials are handled by the secure identity provider; ISO Metrik does not ask users to send passwords by email.
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, device or browser type, timestamps, requested pages, referring pages, diagnostic events, security signals, and similar information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
A clinic, employer, referral partner, or authorized representative may provide business contact or professional information about its personnel. Users should submit information about another person only when authorized and necessary for the stated purpose.
Use and disclosure
Information may be used to authenticate users, create and maintain provider or clinic profiles, review registrations, display account status, route inquiries, provide support, and maintain reliable website operation.
ISO Metrik may use contact and professional information to respond to requests, coordinate training, support clinic implementation, communicate program or policy updates, evaluate partnerships, and manage the provider network.
Application information and uploaded materials may be used to evaluate a candidate for current or future roles, communicate about opportunities, verify credentials or references with authorization, document the hiring process, administer recruiting records, and meet legal obligations. An optional photo is not required for consideration.
Information may be used to prevent fraud or misuse, investigate incidents, maintain audit records, enforce terms, comply with law, protect rights and safety, troubleshoot, analyze performance, and improve workflows.
ISO Metrik may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, identity, email, security, analytics, database, professional, recruiting, or support services under appropriate contractual or legal controls.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction subject to appropriate protections.
ISO Metrik does not sell personal information collected through this website for money. If practices change in a way that creates additional legal rights, this policy and applicable choice mechanisms should be updated.
Cookies, retention, and security
The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication, security, preferences, reliability, and measurement. Browser settings may limit some technologies, but doing so can affect account or website functionality.

ISO Metrik uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No transmission, storage, identity, or communication system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
The website and business account areas are not directed to children under 13, and ISO Metrik does not knowingly seek personal information from children through these functions. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact the company.
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws in the user’s jurisdiction.
Choices and contact
